Hi! I’m Latoya Letmon, MSW, a veterinary social worker and longtime veterinary professional. After spending more than 10 years in the veterinary field, I witnessed firsthand the emotional toll that caregiving, loss, burnout, and compassion fatigue can take on both pet parents and veterinary staff.
VetWell Collective was created to bridge the gap between mental health and veterinary medicine. My mission is simple: to provide honest, accessible support and resources for those navigating grief, stress, trauma, and the deep bond we share with our animals.
